Health plan joining incentive - M&S voucher offer terms and conditions

  1. £15 in M&S vouchers will be sent to the new customer subject to the application form being submitted and accepted, either by phone, online or by post.
  2. To qualify, the new customer must remain a customer beyond the 14 day cooling off period.
  3. Vouchers will be sent by post within 8 weeks of the application being accepted subject to payment of the first monthly premium.
  4. No alternatives to this promotion will be offered.

*Immediate cover from day one

Cover for all benefits is immediate except for maternity/adoption and laser eye surgery which have a 52 week qualifying period. Cover commences from the date on your policy certificate and you can claim for treatment received on or after this date. Pre-existing conditions, that is a condition that existed prior to joining, are not covered except for optical, dental, chiropody/podiatry and health screening benefits.
