Twitter monthly prize draw terms and conditions

1. To be entered into the monthly prize draw (Prize Draw) you must complete all of the following actions:
   i) Retweet the Prize Draw message on Twitter
   ii) Follow @SovereignHealth on Twitter
   iii) Remain a follower on Twitter to be entered into the Prize Draw in subsequent months
2. The Prize Draw message is ‘Prize draw RT & follow @SovereignHealth for a chance to win £50 in M&S vouchers each month. See site for terms. bit.ly/umFFbe’
3. Only one entry, per person, per month will be accepted. Any additional entries and entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
4. Sovereign Health Care accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed.
5. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
6. One winner will be chosen at random each month from those people who have entered the Prize Draw in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. Each Prize Draw period runs from 9.00am GMT on the first day of the calendar month to 5.00pm GMT on the last day of the calendar month and monthly Prize Draws shall run until such time as Sovereign Health Care shall decide.
8. The monthly prize is £50 in M&S vouchers (Prize), no cash alternative is available. The Prize is not transferable.
9. In the event of the Prize becoming unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Sovereign Health Care reserves the right to provide an alternative prize at least of equal value.
10. Once the monthly Prize Draw has been made the winner will be contacted directly by Sovereign Health Care within 20 days of the draw being made.
11. If the winner cannot be contacted within 20 days, after all reasonable endeavours have been made, the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen at random from the original pool of eligible entrants.
12. Winners names will be posted on www.sovereignhealthcare.co.uk each month and by entering the Prize Draw you agree to your details being used for publicity purposes if you win. Read about our Data Protection policy here.
13. Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purpose of administering and assessing the Prize Draw.
14. Losing entries will not receive any notification.
15. Individuals can opt out of the Prize Draw at any time by emailing marketing@sovereignhealthcare.co.uk
16. This Prize Draw is not open to employees of Sovereign Health Care and their families or to employees of companies that supply Sovereign Health Care directly.
17. Sovereign Health Care’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
18. Sovereign Health Care reserves the right to change or update the competition terms and conditions including the prize offered. If any changes are made details will be posted on www.sovereignhealthcare.co.uk
19. This promotion and these terms and conditions of entry are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

21. By entering this competition all eligible individuals acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
