Fast and simple payments

We take pride in paying our customers claims quickly. Once received, your claim will be processed promptly and to make life even easier, your money can go directly into your bank account.

You’re covered from day one

Once you’ve joined Sovereign Health Care, you can claim straightaway for treatment received on or after your policy start date, except for any benefits with a qualifying period. Please refer to your policy terms and conditions for details about qualifying periods that apply, in particular for pre-existing conditions.

Making a claim is simple

  • Receive and pay for your treatment, asking for an itemised receipt which must include your name
  • Submit your claim online in our customer area by filling in the simple form with your treatment date, the amount you paid and attaching an image of your receipt. Please make sure you have registered for the online customer area before attempting to log in by clicking on the ‘Register now’ button on the log in page
  • Alternatively, you can download a claim form, fill it in and send via post along with the original receipts

You cannot currently make dependent child claims online and should send these by post.
