Our bodies and minds are connected, and exercise can help prevent problems with our mental health. It releases ‘feel good hormones’, which can reduce feelings of stress or anger. It can reduce tension and stress, give a natural energy boost and sense of achievement, more focus and motivation, plus… It can be fun!
