Trees for Cities is a national urban tree planting charity that aims to enhance urban spaces and improve health in areas most in need of help. We are delighted to support them with a donation towards their edible playground initiative.

“Thanks to Sovereign Health Care, Trees for Cities is delighted to be able to deliver an Edible Playground at Frizinghall Primary School in Bradford. This will be designed together with the school, providing a greener, healthier outdoor space for pupils to learn, play, socialise and grow food. We will create a mini orchard, raised beds, a greenhouse, composting areas and more, and this will then be integrated into the school’s teaching, enabling children to connect with nature, spend more time outdoors, and to experience planting and growing their own healthy food.” – Trees for Cities
