Mind in Bradford, part of the national charity Mind, supports over 3,000 people with their mental health and wellbeing through different groups and courses to help those suffering from anxiety, depression and feeling low. We’re pleased to be able to support this important service to offer additional groups in Craven and an Urdu-speaking peer support group.

“The donation will allow us to extend and enhance our wellbeing offer, which currently delivers 80 hours of support a week across initiatives in Bradford and Craven. We extended our groups into Craven last year, allowing people living in more rural areas to access groups close to home in Settle and Skipton. We also started weekend groups, opening the wellbeing service to people who work during the week and may not have previously been able to attend groups. This donation will help us to ensure our wellbeing service remains accessible to as many people as possible.” – Mind in Bradford CEO Helen Davey.
