Q: What is a health care cash plan and how does it work?
A: Our Good All Round cash plan allows you to claim money back towards the cost of check-ups and treatments including dental and eye care, physiotherapy, prescription charges and many other health costs.
All you need to do is choose a qualified and registered practitioner (NHS or private), receive and pay for your treatment, making sure you ask for a receipt with your name on. You can then claim money back for your treatment, up to your cover level maximum, by sending us your completed claim form and receipts either online or by post. Once weâve processed your claim, the money can be paid directly into your bank account.
