We’re proud to have supported Children’s Heart Surgery Fund with a donation towards the cost of a baby MRI incubator for the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit.
Dr Malenka Bissell, Clinical Lecturer of Paediatric Cardiology at the University of Leeds and Consultant at Leeds Childrenâs Hospital said: âThank you so much! Because of the generous support from the Sovereign Health Care Community Programme, the MRI Baby Incubator is now up and running. This Incubator is the first of its kind in the UK and is going to make such a difference to the treatment of high-risk babies with heart defects, as well as helping to make Leeds an outstanding centre of excellence for treatment and research into paediatric congenital heart diseaseâ.
