Sovereign Health Care is relocating to a new head office in Saltaire at the end of October. We’re making the move to a new, purpose-designed office to accommodate post-Covid changes in both flexible working patterns and health and wellbeing requirements.
Our Chief Executive, Russ Piper, explains: “It has become clear that we need a modern office building, designed to provide the best possible working space for our team. The design of our existing building is no longer fit for purpose and the cost of renovations would not provide value for money.
“As a company with a long and proud heritage in Bradford, we are delighted to remain in the district. Our new headquarters in Saltaire is designed to support both our business needs and those of our employees, including technology to support modern working patterns, better ventilation and increased levels of security, to better prepare us for the future.”
From 31 October 2022, our new address will be:
2nd Floor, West Wing, The Waterfront, Salts Mill Road, Shipley, Bradford BD17 7EZ
Our telephone numbers will remain the same and we will keep any disruption to a minimum during the move.
Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to provide the counter service at our new location and as we’ve seen reduced customer demand for the service, we have decided to permanently close the counter on Friday 30 September 2022. Whilst this means customers will no longer be able to pay their premiums by cash, they will still be able to pay by Direct Debit or by cheque through the post. The change will not impact customers’ claims, which can be sent by post using the address details above or online, saving the cost of a stamp.
